Organic and Exotic Free Burgers and Fries to First 100 Guests
Hicksville, New York (May 4, 2017) – Broadway (www.broadwaymall.com) – located in Hicksville, New York – is pleased to bring Burger Village to the popular Long Island retail and entertainment destination. Its third location in New York, Burger Village offers specialty burgers, salads and fresh organic shakes.
“Burger Village will offer our guests delicious specialty burgers made with organic and exotic meats, a combination previously unavailable in the Hicksville area,” explains John Rossi, General Manager of Broadway. “We are delighted they chose to expand their concept with healthy options here.”
Opening May 8 at 11 a.m., Burger Village will occupy nearly 1,800 square feet of space and serve organic and exotic meats, including beef, bison, turkey, elk, boar, chicken, lamb and ostrich; vegan options; gluten-free options; a full bar; organic, all-natural salads; hand-cut fries; organic juice and milk; fresh organic shakes; and a full kids menu.
Family owned and operated, Burger Village is the creation of four Long Island brothers – Sam, Nick, Vick and Ravi Yadav – with over 15 years of experience in the food industry. They opened their first location in Great Neck, New York in 2013, a second location in Park Slope in 2014, and continue building on their initial success.
“We’ve always considered this a great community and are looking forward to serving our delicious dishes to the families on Long Island,” said the Yadav Brothers, owners of Burger Village. “It’s important to us to keep in mind the busy lifestyles of our guests and their desire to eat healthy, plus try something exotic like our elk, bison or boar burgers.”
The Grand Opening Event on May 8 will feature a free burger, fries and soda to the first 100 customers and free fries with the purchase of any meal. Customers will be offered free non-GMO popcorn while waiting for their food to arrive.
Burger Village is an eco-friendly establishment, with biodegradable to-go containers, cups, napkins and straws made from plant material. The walls of Burger Village are made with reclaimed wood and all of the meat served is organic, all-natural, grass-fed, pasture-raised, cage-free, antibiotic-free and hormone-free. Plus, the kitchen is peanut-free.
