With a keen focus on unlocking the value and enhancing the quality of our growing portfolio, PRCP is dedicated to creating a unique and strategic vision for each property. We look at our sites holistically, considering the entire region and next generation needs of the community. Consumer real estate continues to rapidly evolve, so we continually optimize for the ever-changing future of mixed-use places.

Mixed-Use & Densification

We unlock additional value through densification and parcellation while leveraging technology and data. The roles of a shopping center, office complex, and residential building are being reimagined. Retail-led properties are at the forefront, providing a base from which mixed-use properties can emerge and flourish as meaningful and walkable destinations for the community to live, work, shop, dine, and be entertained. Enhance value and productivity through adaptive reuse: redevelopment of vacant or under-utilized space.

Repositioning & Renovation

Renovation consideration will range from enhancing visual design and reconfiguring the physical layout to modernizing facilities and adding essential services, uses, lifestyle, and entertainment elements. Consumer demographics, local tastes, safety, and community preferences are identified and researched to develop a customized renovation and repositioning plan suited to the location and trade area needs. Locally hired management teams execute a strategic marketing program to launch branded assets and improve customer engagement.

PRCP ART PHILOSOPHY

We are proud to have produced 85,000 square feet of public art in partnership with local artists and cities nationwide.

PRCP Arts is dedicated to engaging the public through implementing one-of-a-kind,community responsive exhibitions, artist commissions, and educational programs across our portfolio. From 20,000 square foot mural projects to sculptural installations to video and interactive AR/VR experiences, each art initiative is tailored to the personality of each property. Our creative team works in tandem with visual media artists to ensure each project maintains creative integrity while elevating each center’s unique design and honoring community through accessible, placemaking touchpoints and cultural vibrancy.
